Housing Department Provide the following Services
The Rusape Town Council’s Housing & Community Services department is dedicated to providing quality and affordable housing services. Their vision is to become an excellent provider of these services by 2030. Here are some of the key housing services they offer:
Delivery of Land: They manage the allocation of land for various socio-economic uses within the council’s jurisdiction.
Record Keeping: The department maintains records of all land allocations.
Revenue Collection: Revenue is collected from all council-rented properties.
Socio-Economic Development: They research, plan, and monitor the implementation of socio-economic development projects within Rusape.
The department also includes sections for education, health, and community services, which encompass halls, public toilets, recreational facilities, and cemeteries.
